[MOAB-dev] errors in mbcoupler test

Did you configure and install your own version of hdf5?  Usually, when I do that, I put it somewhere besides /usr/local, 
e.g. /usr/local/hdf5serial or something (same with MOAB, by the way).  The configure option --with-hdf5 will just look 
in system space for hdf5, and if you still have the system (serial) version of hdf5 that will fail.

Will keep looking at configure.log for other stuff, but the above I noticed right away...
