[ExM Users] Suppressing string_join() output

Sorry- those are not supposed to be there.  You can comment them out of 
the Turbine source:

lib/string.tcl:336:        puts "cont: $container"
lib/string.tcl:338:        puts "Keys: $sorted_keys cont: $container"

then just 'make install' and try again.
