Hello Mihael,

I'm sending the logs of a run that causes the aforementioned "Failed
to link input file" error attached. It happens in two different
machines both with the same input data. I just modified the tc.data
and sites.xml files to reflect the differences between the
environments. A simpler script, like hello.swift from examples
directory, works fine in both machines.

A third machine with Swift built from trunk revision 7575 can run the
script that fails without any problem. Again, I'm using the same input
data and script that fails in the machines mentioned above.
Unfortunately I forgot which Java version I used to build this working
version. It's a development machine with more than one Java version
installed.
