[Swift-user] Java version to build and run Swift

Hi,

So the problem seems to be that alt.asc is passed to the app twice. Once
through map_envs and once through output_maps.

I'm not sure whether this should or should not generally result in an
error (although it should be caught earlier and reported nicer if it
should). I'll think about it.
