[Swift-user] Does SWIFT_JOBDIR_PATH work for output?

Actually if you get that far, you should be able to run the entire test 
suite that way, by running ./run in the tests/ directory from SVN.

Then go and drink coffee for an hour or something; but it would give much 
greater confidence in the integration of falkon and swift.
