No, it isn't. Unless there is no access to the machine from the outside,
in which case it's pretty much equivalent (if not better) than
host-based authentication.

Well... there is such a feature in cog, but I don't think it's enabled
in swift. It's a matter of SSH not having been used much. So I think we
can work something out.

That's likely what will happen. There is no "secure way" I know of for
storing retrievable passwords on a shared disk.
