[Swift-devel] {env.HOME} not working in sites file in 0.95-RC6 ?

Thanks, David. Indeed, that ticket clarifies the situation.
I see that 0.95 config allows eg "workdir=/scratch/midway/$USER/work" in
the new-format config files, and that trunk/0.96 config allows ${env.PATH}
This will affect users of 0.95 that had { } expansion in their 0.94
legacy xml-format sites files (which is the situation Im dealing with
now). But we can work around this with documentation and support.
