My intention when putting stuff in the SVN tests directory was to make 
working directories chmod a+rwxt (like /tmp) but that appears to not be 
the case for this one.

For OSG sites, I should probably follow the convention established in 
swift-osg-ress-site-catalog of $OSG_DATA/voname/tmp/sitename/
