from a superficial reading of the code it looks like the present condor 
provider can be made to submit to condor-g with a relatively small set of 
modifications - a small set of changes to the job specification, 
submitting into an existing condor installation.

I'd be interested on working on this in the next week as I am presently 
working with people for the next few weeks who have an existing condor-g 
setup, and who would like to submit to OSG.
