[petsc-users] Neumann BC for interface elliptic problem

"Everything" means everything: the solver converges with rtol=10^(-12) 
to the right solution.
For tests with problems the solver converges but to a deformed solution.
I'm trying some other test, I would like to tell you exactly which is 
the difference between working and not working cases.
