[Petsc-trilinos-discussion] Scope and requirements

I just remembered that we did have a verbal conversation with the Hydra-TH developers about 6 months or so ago about upgrading PETSc and they claimed that they could not upgrade because PETSc changed the behavior of one of their iterative solvers in such a way as to have "broken" the solver (at least from their perspective). I assumed that they had discussed this with someone on the PETSc team about change in behavior but I guess they did not (or if they did they did not use the name "Hydra-TH" or something). I will ask the Hydra-TH developers to make sure my memory is correct and try to get more info.
