I don't know them.  Have they tried to upgrade?  People make lots of
excuses to postpone upgrading, many of them non-technical.  Lots of
other applications have no problem upgrading fairly promptly after new
releases.  We always answer questions on our mailing lists.  The ball is
in their court.
