[petsc-dev] gitlab CI pipleline issue with ps5

ps5 is now working [stable for the past few hours - and hopefully stays this way] - so I'm adding it back to CI [and reverting my prior change].

[So you would need to rebase over maint/master before starting any new test pipelines]
