[petsc-dev] Fwd: segv with triangle

I see the taball is off triangle-1.3 - and the repo has 1.6 related changes.

So I'm adding this patch in maint-1.3 branch - and created https://bitbucket.org/petsc/pkg-triangle

Matt would have to check and see if we need to switch to 1.6 version..
