[petsc-dev] PCMG manual page problem

Barry,

I think there was a problem in your large change with the manual pages. Here

you make SUBMANSEC for PCMG to be 'PCMG'. I think it should be 'PC'. Note
that this change broke the link in the Linear Solver Table as well.
