The DOE Office of Science has committed 10 percent of its high-end
computing resources at NERSC, Oak Ridge and Argonne, and five percent of
the high-end computing resources at Pacific Northwest National Lab, for
large-scale computational science projects.  The Innovative and Novel
Computational Impact on Theory and Experiment (INCITE) call for
proposals is at:
