conftest.c:11:28: fatal error: ac_nonexistent.h: No such file or directory

Hi everyone,

Please, could you help me? I try to install pnetcdf-1.9.0 with
openmpi-3.0.2, but I get this error in config.log: "conftest.c:11:28: fatal
error: ac_nonexistent.h: No such file or directory". All the steps of
configure, make, tests, check, and ptest are completed without error
message, but when I run the model, it doesn't complete the first time step.
The config.log is attached.
