CXX test suite failure

From config.log, I am seeing you have environment variable LDFLAGS set to
'-L/mnt/HA/opt/amber18/lib -Wl,-rpath,/mnt/HA/opt/amber18/lib’
that causes the error.

Please unset it before running configure command.
Let me know if that resolves the problem.
