Ah, my mailer confused me by calling them "Application/X-JAVA-VM" (?).  
Oops!

I just put the newest tar files up on our web server, and I've rebuilt it 
on frost just to make sure I didn't mess anything up.  The "make test" 
still doesn't work at the moment, but I can knock that out soon; just need 
a better, more general approach to cd'ing into subdirectories in the 
Makefile.
