[mpich2-dev] MPICH2 Pre-compiled Library Distribution

Dear Susheel,
             If you are enquiring about license issues, yes the MPICH2
license allows you to distribute a pre-compiled MPICH2 library along with
your application. You only need to include the COPYRIGHT notice in the
top-level MPICH2 directory.
