Dear sir,
   I use a cygwin to execute some program which require the MPICH2 or MPI but I use this platform 
So I tried to set up the MPICH2 in cygwin through the step as following
1>   cd usr/local/bin
user at user-PC /usr/local/bin     wget \http://www.mcs.anl.gov/..../mpich2-1.2.1.tar.gz

2> user at user-PC /usr/local/bin ./configure --prefix=/home/user/mpich-install --enable-timer-type=gettimeofday CC="gcc-4" CPP="cpp-4" 
    CXX="g++-4" CXXCPP="cpp-4" 2>1& |tee c.txt
  With this step I got the c.txt file
3>  user at user-PC /usr/local/bin   make
I got error in m.file

It seem the make step could not be complete
Then I stop I don't know how to solve this problem. Could you please suggest me to set up correctly in cygwin
