[mpich-discuss] ask for MPICH2 set up with cygwin

mpich2-1.2.1 is very old.  Could you use at least the latest
stable release, 1.4.1p1 ?  Also, try not to set CPP or CXXCPP
flags and see if 1.4.1p1 builds on cygwin.
