[mpich-discuss] mpich2-1.3.2p1 compile error

FYI, please do not recommend using PLPA to users -- PLPA is deprecated 
in 1.4.x and will be removed in a later version.

If hwloc is having a build issue, it needs to be reported to the hwloc 
developers.
