[mpich-discuss] installation problem

 Please provide us more information regarding your setup.

# Which version of MPICH2 are you installing (Try the latest stable version, 1.2, available at http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/index.php?s=downloads)?
# What is the flavor of windows installed in your machine (If you have windows vista installed you need to install the MPICH2 process manager manually - Open a command prompt with admin privileges, i.e. "run as administrator", and type "smpd -install -phrase behappy" to install MPICH2) ?
# Do you have another version of MPICH2 installed on your machine (If so, uninstall the prev version and install the new version)?

I’m trying to install MPICH2 on my pc (windows 32 bit) but it gives me the following message: 

“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. 

A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected. 

Contact your support personnel or package vendor.” 

I can’t understand how to manage the problem…
