[mpich-discuss] installation problem

I'm trying to install MPICH2 on my pc (windows 32 bit) but it gives me the following message:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected.
Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
I can't understand how to manage the problem...
