[MPICH] MPICH2 1.0.6 inder Windows without DOMAIN

There's a pdf called something like "MPICH2 for Windows developers" on  
the official MPICH2 website.

Do you have the same username/password combination on the two machines  
(that makes life easier, however, there are ways around this).
