[MPICH] building nemesis channel under windows

Jayesh (our MPICH2 on Windows expert) may have something to add here,  
but I don't believe that Nemesis currently builds or works on  
Windows.  I believe that it contains a number of unix-specific  
functions and functionality at the moment.

Is there a particular reason that you wish to use nemesis on Windows?
