[MPICH] Can MPICH2 be configured to run on InfiniBand?

You can use MPICH2 if you want to use TCP over InfiniBand. If you want to
use native InfiniBand transport, you should use MVAPICH2. You can send mail
to the mvapich-discuss mailing list if you have trouble installing it.
