[MPICH] Compiling MPICH2 with the intel compiler

Hi

I seem to be having an issue compiling MPICH2 with the intel C/C++
compiler. The config script seems to get stuck determining the size of
bool. Undefining CC and CXX environment variables (so it's using gcc
and g++), the config script runs fine.

Attached is the config output.

Any suggestions?
