[MPICH] Limit on the number of communicators

Hi All,

We are seeing this issue with increasing the number of communicators being
created. We either see an error "Too many communicators" and the program
aborts when the number of communicators exceed a limit (around 1024)
or the program hangs. Can we increase the number of communicators being
created?
