[MPICH] MPICH2 on IBM SP (Power 5) under AIX

We have compiled it on an SP with AIX 5.2 using TCP over the switch. This
was just to get it to compile and avoid a few bug reports :-). We don't
support any high-performance messaging layer for the SP switch. Have you
tried IBM's MPI on the SP?
