[MPICH] mpich2 on Mac OS X

FYI -- MPICH2 builds and runs great on Mac OSX with G95 and GCC.   
Prebuilt binaries for G95 are available from www.g95.org.  GCC comes  
preinstalled on the system.  I configured with mpe and the ch3 device.
