[MOAB-dev] MOAB build error with irel enabled.

Hello,

I am seeing the following moab-config errors while building MeshKit on 
Mac OS.

1. For both ser and par configs:

CMake Error at itaps/CMakeLists.txt:18 (add_subdirectory):
   The source directory

..../moab/itaps/irel

   does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

"

Q: Does irel originally has a CMakeLists file?

2. For the ser config:

Could you please help me on fixing the above config errors.
