[MOAB-dev] Bug in ScdBox::box_dimension()

Dear MOAB Developers,

Just a small glitch I have spotted : ScdBox::box_dimension() is declared inline
but defined in ScdInterface.cpp

A second improvement would be to declare ScdBox::box_set() as const.
