[MOAB-dev] ccmio include files missing in /homes/fathom/3rdparty

yes, for the time being, build without ccmio, until we resolve the issues.

It just occurred today.

I checked the include folder and now it is empty. Is it deleted by someone?

/homes/fathom/3rdparty/libccmio-2.06.020/linux/64/include$
