I double checked the patch occ_patches_6.5.3, if we are at opencascade-6.5.3/ros level, and do

patch -p1< path to your patch/occ_patches_6.5.3

it works.

:~/opencascade-6.5.3/ros$ patch -p1<../occ_patches_6.5.3
patching file src/BOP/BOP_FaceBuilder.cxx
patching file src/BRepBuilderAPI/BRepBuilderAPI_Collect.cxx
patching file src/Extrema/Extrema_ExtPElS.cxx
patching file src/Extrema/Extrema_ExtPS.cxx
patching file src/TopOpeBRep/TopOpeBRep_EdgesIntersector_1.cxx

Please let us know if you passed this step.

Hi Iulian,

I was unsuccessful in following the instructions for building OCC653
with the provided patch. (Note: the instructions didn't work perfectly
either, but that's a different issue).

Can you provide the script or automated instructions that are used to
build this on buildbot?

Paul
