[MOAB-dev] FileOptions

Hello,

Can anyone help me with the format for FileOptions? Are the same set of 
options available as in 4.6.2? And when one would like to set an option, 
should it be set as "...;Option1;SPLITS_PER_DIR1;Option3;..."?
