[MOAB-dev] AdaptiveKDTree Settings equivalent

Hi all,

New guy here looking for a little aid.
Using a version of code that uses a class, Settings, to initialize 
preferences in the KDTree. It looks as though this structure no longer 
exists in the repo version. Can someone help me understand the 
equivalent form of creating preferences for a KDTree in the repo?
