[MOAB-dev] MOAB Build with Open MPI

Hi Tim,

I am trying to compile moab with a 'NEK'-based program called NEKLBM using
the gnu compilers.  Below are some errors that I am getting when I try to
compile and link all the libraries....do know what the errors might be a
result of?

 /home/saumilp/fathom/moab/trunk/lib/libiMesh.a(iMesh_MOAB.o): In function

iMesh_MOAB.cpp:(.text+0x7df): undefined reference to
`std::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char>
>::c_str() const'
iMesh_MOAB.cpp:(.text+0x873): undefined reference to `operator new(unsigned
long)'
iMesh_MOAB.cpp:(.text+0x89c): undefined reference to `operator new(unsigned
long)'

/home/saumilp/fathom/moab/trunk/lib/libiMesh.a(iMesh_MOAB.o): In function
`MPI::Intracomm::Intracomm(ompi_communicator_t*)':
iMesh_MOAB.cpp:(.text._ZN3MPI9IntracommC2EP19ompi_communicator_t[_ZN3MPI9IntracommC5EP19ompi_communicator_t]+0x19):
undefined reference to `MPI::Comm::Comm()'
