Summary:     Some updates for Table 5 in metadata.h.
1) For duplicated tag names __DIM_NAMES, the second one should be __VAR_NAMES
2) Added a new row for __DIM_LENS
3) Added a new row for __<dim_name>_GLOBAL_MIN_MAX
4) Modified data type field of <dim_name>, should be *var instead of *va
5) Modified the purpose field of __<var_name>_DIMS
