No, but once the "fairly soon" thing I'm referring to gets done, which will be before summer, there'll be a pytaps path
to it.  Note, though, that it'll still be limited functionality; we don't plan to fill out all the capability based on mesh.

     Some of the functions are implemented in tools/FBiGeom (FB stands for facet-based); fairly soon there should be an
     implementation of the iGeom interface that you can call like any other iGeom implementation.
