[MOAB-dev] Compute volume and surface areas of dual mesh

Suppose that a tetrahedral mesh is input. Is there code in MOAB (or
elsewhere) to compute the volume of the dual-volumes and surface area of the
dual-volume faces? I see some code for computing duals, but don't know which
one I should use.
