[MOAB-dev] CMake compatibility

My recent changes in the tools/ and tools/dagmc/ directories affected the autoconf/automake setup in those directories.  I did not make corresponding changes to the related CMakeLists.txt files-- I know very little about cmake and have never used it to compile MOAB.

Should we make an effort to keep the cmake build files up to date, or are they formally deprecated?  (If deprecated, should we remove them and leave them to the archives of svn history?  It doesn't seem good to keep them around if they're known to be broken.)
