[MOAB-dev] Changing the options format in iMesh

Ok, the change has been committed. This fixes 30 tests in
iMesh_unitTest, bringing us to 82% success from 80% (there is some
strangeness in how iMesh_unitTest counts failures, so take this with a
grain of salt).
