[MOAB-dev] problems building mcnpmit

I'm trying to build MOAB with as many of the tool options enabled as  
possible.  I still have a couple to figure out but I'm getting compile  
errors in mcnpmit.

Has anyone built this recently?   I'm getting some build errors and I  
just wanted to make sure they are real errors and not some  
configuration issue on my part.

If no one has built or used this recently then I'll correct the issues.
