[MOAB-dev] buildbot failure in Fathom on moab-par

Starting tonight, Buildbot emails should be reporting the last 20 lines
of output from the last logfile generated by the build. It's still a
little bit brittle, and it's not going to be especially useful until I
trim out the plethora of "make[1]: Leaving directory `foo'" lines, but
it's a start.

I've also messed around with the CSS rules for the buildbot's web page,
which (in my opinion) greatly enhances its readability. I'll be tweaking
it more as time goes by, but again, it's a start.
