[MOAB-dev] buildbot failure in Fathom on moab-par

Buildbot emails should be working again. I changed the config and broke
them, so there hasn't been anything for the last two days.

In other news, the (still-in-testing and hopefully ultimately temporary)
daemon that polls the SVN server periodically to see if it should run a
post-commit build has been a little wonky, and didn't notice Brandon's
commit until I restarted it. I added some logging to it so hopefully I
can find the problem and get the post-commit builds running stably
enough that I can turn email on for them too.
