[MOAB-dev] Error removing entity sets from entity sets

I noticed this bug when running the PyTAPS tests on iMesh. It seems that
if you 1) add entity set A to entity set B, and then 2) remove A from B,
calling iMesh_isEntSetContained(mesh, B, A, ...); still returns true,
when it should be returning false. Attached is some C code that shows
the error in action.
