[MOAB-dev] problem with configure.in

Hi Ryuta,
   The only time I've seen that, doing an 'autoreconf -fi' fixed it. 
Did you start clean for all the subdirectories too, or just for the 
top-level dir?  I'll try a clean checkout today just in case.
