itaps-parallel /usr/local/itaps on mesh.ep.wisc.edu

Hi Ting,

When I use ONLY the FMDB_iMesh.cc file in my old source tree, I get the
following error...

iMesh/iMesh_FMDB.cc: In function ‘void imesh_save_(void*, void*, const char*, const char*, int*, int, int)’:
iMesh/iMesh_FMDB.cc:157: error: ‘M_writeVTKFile’ was not declared in this scope

And compilation stops.

On Tim's machine, I just did './configure --enable-iMesh' in my copy of
FMDB_iMeshP source tree to compile and build it.
